Road Traffic Accident (RTA)

If you were injured in a road traffic accident and it was not your fault, you should be entitled to compensation. You can make a claim for compensation at no cost to you. If you have been involved in a road traffic accident that was not your fault, you may be entitled to a replacement hire vehicle.

Motorcyclist

If you were injured in a motorcycle accident you may be entitled to compensation for personal injuries and financial losses. This can include damage to your motorcycle, loss of income and personal possessions.

Cyclist

If you are a cyclist and were injured in a road traffic accident, you may be able to claim compensation for your injuries and financial losses, for example damage to your bicycle, damaged clothing and loss of earnings.

Pedestrian

As a pedestrian, if you were involved in a road traffic accident, you should be able to claim compensation if you were not at fault. You can claim compensation for personal injuries and financial losses, such as loss of earnings.
